Even with the recent drought, the Masai Mara is still one of the most beautiful places in the world. The wildlife are abundant and magnificent in their own habitat, against the background of the African savannah.
While Dave and Mary are visiting, we got to spend two nights on the Mara, staying at a tented lodge on the edge of the Mara River, and going on morning and afternoon game drives. It was wonderful!
